What fabrics do you use to construct your pouches?
Our pouches are constructed using only the finest quality 100% cotton, cotton twill and/or cotton stretch twill fabric (super sturdy with just enough give for comfort).
What do you do to reinforce the pouch seam?
Our pouch seams are sewn with a french seam--essentially a tripple-reinforced seam.
What do you mean by "hidden, in-seam" pocket?
The With Child Baby Pouch has a pocket, sewn within the exterior edge's seam of the pouch. It is hidden as opposed to a visible pocket on the exterior of a sling, to better secure your belongings.
Do the pouches have a padded leg rail?
Padded leg rails (running 20" along the bottom edge of the pouch to cushion your baby's legs in the hip carry) can be added for a $5 fee.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with the fit of your pouch, you may exchange it for another size within seven days of receipt. The pouch must be UNWASHED & IN NEW CONDITION. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. In the event that your sling fabric is no longer in stock, we will work with you to find an acceptable fabric substitution.
What are the pouch washing instructions?
Every 100% cotton pouch can be washed on cold in a washing machine and air dried to prevent the fabric from shrinking. A pouch made from 100% cotton and stretch twill can be handwashed cold/line dried or dry cleaned.
Will I be contacted if a print I ordered is out of stock or on backorder?
We make every effort to inform our customers of any fabric unavailability. We also have to rely on our fabric suppliers to do the same, which does not always happen. If a print suddenly becomes unavailable to us after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as we can with an estimate of a re-stock. When that fabric again becomes available, the pouch will then be shipped to you immediately. All other items ordered will ship within the normal 3-10 business days.
